How to upload photos to your team web site.
Adding photos to your team's Photo slide show is a piece of cake!Here's how:
1. Compose an email
2. Address the email TO:
3. Attach your photos to the email. (do 2 or 3 at a time)
4. Email Subject Line: Whatever you type in the email subject line will appear as the title for ALL of the attached images .
5. Email body text: (optional) You may type a description of the photos in the body of your email. Whatever you type in the body of your email will appear as a description underneath ALL of the attached images. Cool!
6. IMPORTANT: At the beginning of a new line in the body of the email message, you MUST enter your team's age group as a tag in order for it to appear in the correct gallery. For example, in the body of your email you would start a new line and type tags: 18U This will make the photos appear in the 18U gallery on the website. This is the magic! Simply type "tags" (lowercase), colon (:) space, 18U. You can add additional tags if you wish. See example below. 7. Click send, to send the email.
That's it! In a matter of minutes, the gallery will automatically update to show the latest photos!
